His Plan For You

Sometimes our circumstances seem to come about by chance. We think, If I had made this decision instead of that decision, my life would be different. Or, If I’d been here instead of there, this wouldn’t have happened. While we cannot use this as an excuse for making poor decisions, we can have the confidence that nothing happens by chance. Take care of your responsibilities in a way that honors God, and He will work out His plan through you.

Lucinda Moore’s New Live Recording In Atlanta

Tyscot Records’ Lucinda Moore will record her new CD and DVD Friday, July 18th – 7:00 PM EST at Elizabeth Baptist Church – 4245 Cascade Road, Atlanta, GA. Craig L. Oliver is the Pastor. Doors will open at 5:30 PM. The recording is free and open to the public. A special guest performance by Minister Wil Coleman, Greensboro, NC will take place just before Lucinda takes the stage. The recording will be released on Tyscot Records in Spring 2009. This live recording follows Lucinda’s previous self-titled 2006 LUCINDA MOORE CD yielding the hit “Pressure Into Praise.” Dynamic gospel vocalist, Lucinda Moore, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, can be best described as humble, loyal, prepared, and chosen. She has been compared with the sounds and styles of Yolanda Adams, Vickie Winans, and Donnie McClurkin. Her other musical influences include The Clark Sisters, Shirley Caesar, and Andrae Crouch, who taught her about vocal dynamics, diversity, spiritual preservation, and most important in her opinion, self-belief.

Timothy Wright Injured In Car Crash, Wife Killed

Our prayers are with Rev. Timothy Wright and his family after he was critically injured in a car crash that killed his wife and a wrong-way driver.

Wright, 61, was injured Friday night along with his 14-year-old grandson, D.J. Wright, and both were taken to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, according to a hospital spokesman.
