I so blessed to have this autograph cd from Karen Clark Sheard. I saw her at my first women’s convention in LA for the international COGIC women of God. My God, it was awesom and God was all up in there. Karen, Vicky Winan, Williams Brothers, Kim Burrell was on fire for the Lord and my life will never be the same again after this experience. The rest of the week only got better and better with our international Mother, 1st lady, and Bishop Blake. I am listening to my new CD as I write this. Good God Almighty, he saved me and I’m glad about it.
Thank you very much for your dedication on Bishop Walter Hawkins. As a little girl growing up in the late 70s, “Going Up to Yonder” was the first song I heard cross over in Baltimore and was played so much back then, it was equivalent to Marvin Sapp’s music today. At the end of camp when I was 7 years old, we put on a performance for the parents and we did a dance to that song and I’d like to think we invented today’s praise and worship! The Hawkins family took gospel music to an entirely new level and help path the way to our artists today. Thank you for remembering such a wonderful man of God with an extraordinary gift in music!

Men and Women of God there has been so much sexuall defeat in the body of Christ lately. It’s like God is taking the cover off all of the dirt and underhanded things that are being done in the lifes, churchs and families of these who profess to be children of the most high God. The word of God tells us to touch not our annointed, nor do His prophet no harm….He did not say HE would not judge those who are in his command. It’s as if lust of the flesh as taken a stand against our christian heavy hitter. Like the enemy is taunting us saying see lust will bring down the best of the best in the body of Christ. But guess what. It works just to opposite in my mind. Seeing how our Pastors, Bishops, Ministers, Evangelist, Ministers of Music, Gospel Artist and the such,.,. are being exposed for their sinful choices.
Their actions only help to renew my mind that God is the only Perfect Being and His Precious Son Jesus Christ is the only Perfect sinless man who ever walked this earth. Thats why Jesus came to earth to give His life that we might be free from all condemnation, all sins or all evil that our enemy can hold over us. Yes it shows us that Our focus must be on Jesus Christ not man.
The thing that helps me is that God gave Jesus His Only Begotten Son when we were yet sinners, Yes Jesus gave his life for us while we were still in our sins. It’s not man that we should be honoring and holding in such high esteem – its God that deserves that esteem. God Word, His Holy Spirit and His Precious Son Jesus Christ that owns that Glory. Jesus is The only one who died for our sins, past, present and future.
No do not be so dismayed when man falls in sin, its just shows us that God is telling you and me (us) that Jesus is the only perfect Being. J Moss is just a man very capable of sin just like the young lady who decided to sleep with a married man. Only Jesus is superior being. Christians don’t be dismayed. Just renew your faith and strength in the Word of God.
